This is a Flash banner for non-IE browsers (Blogger doesn't like the if-else scripting, and most of us are not using IE for this class, so...). If you are using IE you can see the banner at http://www.griffinspride.com/343-assets/banners.html. Of course, the final will work with all browsers, I just modified this one to work with the blog posts...at least I hope I did.
