This is the logo I created for my necktie. Which one do you prefer? I would love your input on my project. I still working on the magazine ads and website. Here is the App and packaging.
I love the Iphone app! I like the colors on the box but you cant exactly tell that the product youre selling are neck ties. Maybe put a photo on the ribbon or text on the box. but it looks great and I love the idea :)
I like the first logo better but I'm not sure if I'd be attracted to that if I was a woman. Maybe try a thin more elegant font?
Maybe try some of these to see how it looks. http://ikreateit.com/2009/20-thin-and-clean-design-fonts/
I like that you always think 'outside the box' for your packaging designs. :D But I do agree with Jessica when she says that the product being sold is not conveyed well by the elements on the packaging design.
I love the concept you've come up with you have a good start to the packaging design, but looking over all your designs as a whole they don't come off too girly to me. I think if you work on making the designs a little more dainty and maybe using a cursive font for the logo will help the product come across for women more easily.
